We do NOT represent, employ, or act as an agent for any provider or facility listed in our directory. All clinical services are provided independently by third-party businesses. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website located at Detox Access Network (the “Site”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of this Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, registered businesses, and any other parties who access or use the Site in any capacity. “You” refers to the individual or entity accessing this Site. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Detox Access Network. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

2. Nature of the Service — Directory Only

Detox Access Network is an online business directory that lists independently-owned detox facilities, home detox physicians, nurses, and recovery resources for the purpose of helping consumers locate care providers. The Site operates exclusively as a directory, marketing, and technology platform.

Detox Access Network:

  • Does not provide medical treatment, detox services, or withdrawal management of any kind
  • Does not diagnose, prescribe, or recommend individual treatment
  • Does not determine whether home detox is appropriate for any patient
  • Does not negotiate, mediate, or facilitate contracts between consumers and listed providers
  • Does not collect payments on behalf of any listed provider
  • Does not hold any medical, nursing, or healthcare provider license

All clinical, detox, and related services are provided solely and exclusively by the independently-owned, third-party businesses and professionals listed in the directory. Any engagement with a listed provider — including but not limited to scheduling services, making payments, signing contracts, or receiving care — is a transaction between you and that independent third party, not between you and Detox Access Network.

3. Disclaimer of Affiliation with Listed Providers

Detox Access Network is not affiliated with, does not endorse, and does not represent any facility, physician, nurse, or business listed in this directory. A listing on this Site does not constitute a referral, recommendation, endorsement, or guarantee of quality, licensing, performance, or fitness for any purpose.

Listed providers are independent businesses and professionals that have applied for and paid for directory placement on this Site. Detox Access Network acts solely as a publisher of directory information. The relationship between Detox Access Network and any listed provider is that of a directory publisher and an advertiser — not employer/employee, principal/agent, partner, joint venturer, franchisor/franchisee, or any other relationship that would create vicarious liability.

Detox Access Network does not:

  • Control how listed providers conduct their business or clinical practice
  • Supervise, oversee, or direct any medical services rendered by listed providers
  • Guarantee the accuracy of pricing, availability, or service descriptions provided by listed providers
  • Guarantee that any listed provider remains licensed, operational, or compliant with applicable law at the time you contact them
  • Accept responsibility for any acts, omissions, negligence, or misconduct by any listed provider

You are solely responsible for independently verifying the credentials, licensing, pricing, and suitability of any provider you contact or engage through this directory. We strongly encourage you to confirm state licensing, request written pricing, and review any contract before making payment.

4. Terms for Listed Providers

Facilities, physicians, nurses, and other providers that apply to be listed on this Site (“Providers”) agree to the following additional terms as a condition of listing:

4.1 Accuracy of Submitted Information

Providers represent and warrant that all information submitted for their listing — including business name, physical address, credentials, licensing status, services offered, and description — is accurate, current, and not misleading. Providers agree to promptly notify Detox Access Network of any material changes to this information.

4.2 Licensing & Credentials

Providers represent and warrant that they hold all required federal, state, and local licenses and credentials to operate in their listed jurisdiction, and will maintain such licenses in good standing for the duration of their listing.

4.3 Compliance with Law

Providers represent and warrant that their listing and conduct comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to healthcare licensing, advertising, and consumer protection laws.

4.4 Indemnification by Providers

Providers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Detox Access Network, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liability, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to: (a) any inaccuracy in submitted listing information; (b) any clinical services provided by the Provider to any consumer; (c) any violation of applicable law by the Provider; or (d) any breach of these Terms by the Provider.

4.5 No Exclusivity Guarantee

Detox Access Network reserves the right to remove, suspend, or modify any listing at its sole discretion, including for failure to meet listing standards, receipt of credible consumer complaints, loss of licensing, or change in ownership. Payment of a listing fee does not guarantee uninterrupted listing or exclusive rights.

4.6 Flat-Fee Advertising Only

All listing and advertising fees are flat-fee and disclosed. Detox Access Network does not bill per lead, per patient, or per referral, and does not receive compensation contingent on patient enrollment, in order to maintain compliance with applicable healthcare marketing laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Detox Access Network, its officers, employees, agents, and assigns shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to: (a) your use of or inability to use this Site; (b) any medical or detox services provided by any listed provider; (c) any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in directory listings; (d) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data; or (e) any other matter relating to the Site or services.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if Detox Access Network has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Detox Access Network’s total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Site exceed the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the amount you paid to Detox Access Network in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, the limitations above apply to the maximum extent permitted by law. Detox Access Network expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement with respect to the Site and any information contained herein.

6. User Conduct

By using this Site, you agree that you will not:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to access, scrape, harvest, or copy directory data through automated means without prior written permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or any servers or networks connected to the Site
  • Impersonate any person, business, or entity
  • Submit spam, unsolicited commercial communications, or misleading content

7. Accuracy of Information

While Detox Access Network strives to keep directory information current, we do not warrant that listings, pricing, availability, or credential information are accurate, complete, or up to date. Information is provided by listed providers and may change without notice. You should always confirm details directly with the provider before relying on them.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Detox Access Network and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission. Provider-submitted listing content remains the property of the submitting provider.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including provider websites and external resources. Detox Access Network does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Detox Access Network, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liability, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable U.S. federal and state law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration where required, and otherwise in the courts of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

12. Changes to These Terms

Detox Access Network may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. The “Last Updated” date indicates when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Detox Access Network is an information, marketplace, and technology platform. Detox Access Network is not a healthcare provider and does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend individual treatment, determine whether home detox is appropriate, or provide medical advice. All listed providers are solely responsible for evaluating patients and providing care. Withdrawal from alcohol and certain drugs can be medically dangerous — seek evaluation by a qualified healthcare provider. Monitoring equipment does not replace professional medical supervision or emergency care.
